As a Retention/Career Counselor, Katrina met with military personnel to assist them with determining if they were going to stay in the military by presenting options for continuing their career in new jobs, mapping out promotion plans those choosing to retire or not renew their service agreements received assistance transitioning to full-time civilian life, specifically as it relates to the civilian job market.
